Exchange and Return Policy
Returns
The return period is up to 7 (seven) days after the customer receives the order. To initiate the return process, you must send a WhatsApp message to https://wa.me/5521971112425 with your order number. The return shipping cost will be covered by Mimppy. Only after Mimppy receives the items will the refund process for the amount paid begin. All products must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, unused, and free from odors, stains, or any characteristics that alter their original properties.
Exchanges
The exchange period is up to 30 (thirty) days after the customer receives the order. To initiate the exchange process, you must send a WhatsApp message to https://wa.me/5521971112425 with your order number and a photo of the item to be exchanged. The shipping costs for the first exchange are covered by Mimppy. For any subsequent exchanges, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. All products must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags and the original invoice attached, in the original packaging, unused, and free from odors, stains, or any characteristics that alter their original properties.
Exchange for Manufacturing Defects
We guarantee the right to exchange products with manufacturing defects within 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. You must send a WhatsApp message to https://wa.me/5521971112425 with your order number and a photo of the item. The shipping costs for the return and new shipment will be covered by Mimppy.
After the 90-day period, we ensure repair or exchange upon analysis, with shipping costs covered by the customer. The analysis and potential maintenance process may take up to 45 days. We do not cover broken or damaged stones, as they are considered misuse and are not classified as manufacturing defects.
Note: Our pieces are delicate and should be treated as jewelry. Always follow the care instructions provided with each piece to keep them beautiful.
Additional Information About Stones:
Our stones are natural and raw, and may vary in size, color, and shape. Differences between stones or small fissures are not considered defects. We consider these "imperfections" as the unique identity of each stone.
IMPORTANT:
When registering on our website, please ensure your address is entered correctly, including the neighborhood, city, and any necessary additional information. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the buyer. If this occurs, the order will be returned to Mimppy via the postal service, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
